Refund policy

Thank you for ordering from Same Day DTF Transfer. Because our DTF transfers are custom-made according to each customer’s artwork, dimensions, quantities, and instructions, all customers must review this policy before submitting an order.
Custom Products and Final Sales
All custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, bulk transfers, custom-sized products, and other made-to-order items are considered final sale once production has started.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or quantity, duplicate orders, no longer needing the product, or errors contained in customer-submitted artwork.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.
An order may only be changed or canceled if production has not started. Same-day and rush orders may enter production shortly after payment, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request will be approved.
Once artwork has been processed, printed, cured, cut, or otherwise placed into production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Approved cancellations may be subject to deductions for payment-processing fees, artwork preparation, design services, materials already used, or other work already completed where permitted.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within seven calendar days after delivery or pickup if:
You received the wrong product, size, quantity, or design; your order is missing items; the transfers have a production defect caused by us; or the order arrived damaged during shipment.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the full order, close-up photographs of the affected transfers, and photographs of the shipping packaging when applicable.
Do not discard, apply, cut, alter, wash, or destroy the affected transfers before receiving instructions from us. We may request additional information or require the defective products to be returned.
Available Resolutions
After reviewing an approved claim, we may provide an appropriate reprint, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
The resolution will depend on the circumstances and the extent of the verified issue. When the error was caused by us, we will generally prioritize replacing or reprinting the affected portion of the order.
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
Issues That Are Not Considered Production Defects
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, improperly sized, or incorrectly formatted artwork; spelling, grammar, transparency, alignment, color, sizing, or layout errors in customer-submitted files; unwanted backgrounds or borders included in uploaded artwork; incorrect gang-sheet placement created or approved by the customer; differences between screen colors and printed colors; minor variations in transfer dimensions, positioning, or color; improper heat-press settings, pressure, temperature, pressing time, peeling method, repressing, or garment preparation; use of an unsuitable household iron; application to incompatible, coated, treated, damaged, or heat-sensitive materials; improper washing or drying; or modifications made to the transfers after pickup or delivery.
Customers are responsible for testing transfers, application settings, and garment compatibility before beginning a full production run.
Gang Sheets and Customer-Supplied Artwork
Print-ready gang sheets are printed based on the file submitted by the customer. We are not responsible for spacing, duplicated artwork, missing designs, incorrect sizing, cut lines, unwanted backgrounds, low resolution, or other problems already present in the submitted file.
Any preview, proof, or artwork review provided by us is intended to help identify obvious concerns and does not transfer responsibility for the final artwork to us.
Color Variations
Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may differ from printed colors because screens and printing systems reproduce colors differently.
Unless a paid color-matching service is expressly included in the order, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Minor color variations do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or reprint.
Same-Day Pickup
Same-day pickup is available on eligible orders and is subject to artwork approval, order size, payment confirmation, order cutoff times, equipment availability, and current production capacity.
An advertised or estimated same-day turnaround is not a guarantee unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Customers should not travel to collect an order until they receive confirmation that it is ready for pickup.
Shipping
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered production defects.
Contact us promptly if tracking shows that a package was damaged, lost, or incorrectly delivered. We will assist with an eligible carrier claim, but the carrier may control the investigation and final resolution.
Shipping fees are generally nonrefundable unless the shipment error was caused by us.
Unclaimed Pickup Orders
Pickup orders should be collected within 30 days after the customer is notified that the order is ready.
Orders remaining unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be discarded without a refund, subject to applicable law. Contact us before the deadline if you need additional time.
